How to Shop Online

Hi Pet Lover! Welcome to our new online shopping site! You may have heard that we recently transitioned to a new software company called eTail Pet. This change was made to update and improve the order process and provide modern conveniences to make our hand-curated brands easier to find and order online. Whether you prefer to come in to shop at the store or browse all that is available to special order online, you will love the updates. Just keep in mind that currently there is no way to show whether an item is in or out of stock at the store. There are also many items that are set to a MAX CART QUANTITY of 3. To order more than 3 of an item please contact us to increase the quantity setting. We are working on updating items daily, but there are hundreds of items on the site and it takes time for our small team to update some of the ecommerce settings. If you need an item right away, call us before ordering it online and ask if we have it on hand or if we will need to order it for you.

All special orders need to be placed online for the best experience. We can also help you over the phone or in the store.

Please follow the steps below that apply to your situation.

EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY

  • Below the Sign In area, choose "Forgot password?" (bottom left).
  • In the next screen, enter your email address that you have been receiving our emails at and click "RESET PASSWORD" button.
  • Check your email and follow the instructions to create your password.
  • Then log into your account to begin shopping, view your profile detail, rewards and more!
  • If you do not see your Astro Loyalty details, we may need to connect your existing Astro account for you. Just call or message us to request an account connection.

NEW CLIENTS ONLYOnly create a new account if you have NEVER shopped with us before.

  • Below the Sign In area, choose "New User? SIGN UP" and fill out the form to get started.
  • A new Astro Account will be created automatically when you complete this step. If you do not see Loyalty Rewards and Frequent Buyer Rewards in your account menu, please let us know so we can assist.

If you still need to place an order with our help, this can be done either in person or over the phone. We will help you with your request and process payment as a deposit.
