Delivery Policies
As a small independent pet store it is necessary for us to pass on a portion of the fuel, packaging materials and labor costs incurred on delivering products directly. The following fees will apply to orders placed by phone or online.
- Weekly Delivery Fee: $6.99 per trip; orders are delivered on Saturday afternoons.
- Same Day Delivery Fee: $13.99 per trip; Call us by 3pm for help with placing order over the phone.
- Frozen Food Handling Fee: Add $5 for any order that includes frozen items. This is in addition to the applicable delivery fee for your order.
Does your address qualify?*

If your address does not qualify for local delivery, but you would still like to make arrangements over the phone, please message with the chat box below, or call our store at 832-240-4063 during business hours and an associate will be happy to help you with your order.
