Paws & Hearts Valentine's Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Duration: February 12th - February 29th.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Paleo Pet Goods, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter and Earn Entries:
- No Purchase Necessary: Complete an online entry form on our website to earn one entry.
- In-Store Purchases: Earn one entry for every $10 spent in-store.
- Pet Sitting or Dog Walking Services: Earn one entry for each service booked during the promotion period.
- Positive Reviews: Post a new review on platforms like Google or Nextdoor to earn five entries.
- Social Media Check-In: Check in on Facebook or Instagram at our store for five entries.
- Referrals: Refer a friend or bring a friend to the store using $5 referral cards to earn five entries.
- Social Media Posts: Post a picture of your pet with our products or during pet sitting services and tag our pages to earn five entries.
- Auto Order Conversion: Convert to auto order for monthly pet products to earn ten entries.
- Subscription Conversion: Switch to a monthly subscription pet service to earn ten entries.
Additional Entry Details:
- Entries must be made in the entrant's name and are subject to verification.
- Non-purchase entries have an equal chance of winning as purchase-based entries.
Prizes: Two winners will receive Valentine’s themed baskets filled with pet products and accessories. The value of each basket will be specified at a later date.
Special Limited-time Auto Order Offer: Receive a 10% discount on any new auto order created and placed by Feb. 29th. Subsequent auto orders will receive a standard 5% discount.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around Feb. 29, 2024, and winners will be notified via email or phone.
Winner Requirements: Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from all eligible entries received.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, Paleo Pet Goods reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Paleo Pet Goods and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Promotion Administration: Paleo Pet Goods is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Paleo Pet Goods with any questions, comments, or problems related to the giveaway.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Paleo Pet Goods website.
